When will my order be processed?

We process orders every weekday. Orders are processed the next business day from the order date and shipped the next business day from the processing day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 1 or 2 days after you approve it (if any product in your order is in "Reserve" status, the shipping date of the product will be stated in the description of the product in question), once processed these are the delivery times depending on the country:

You have to know that that the delivery time of your order may be affected by external influences and reasons beyond our control.

The most important point you should pay attention to as a customer; is to write your address correctly. If you write by mistake or with incomplete information and the package is not delivered, we are not responsible for sending a new one and there is no economic right of return.
