Almost all orders are prepared the next business day from the your order’ confirmation day. Then, your order shipped the next business day. Arriving process varies country by country according to promotional and sales seasons.

To be able to exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

- The products to be returned must be within the exchange and return period. This period is 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

- The products to be returned must be undamaged and unused.

In case the returned product is not in perfect condition, ARTUCKY reserves the right to make a partial refund of the product amount.

If you have not received all the products of your order despite different control processes, no refund will be made and a new shipment will be made with the missing products.

Our customer service team will evaluate your situation and respond as soon as possible. It is the customer's direct responsibility to ensure adequate packaging and deliver in perfect condition during return shipping. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is delivered to ARTUCKY.

If the reason for your return or exchange request is that you are not satisfied with the product or you want to change the size, you will have to pay the return or exchange shipping fee.

If the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, you should contact us by sending an e-mail to info@artucky.com on the same day you receive the package, our customer service team will evaluate your situation and offer a suitable solution for your order.

After we receive the returned items and check if the items are in perfect condition:

You will receive the corresponding refund within 1 to 3 business days using the same payment method you placed your order with.

In exchanges, the new cargo of the exchanged products will be processed on the next business day.
